Paul Garrison has over 20 years programming experience. He is an expert in design, and programming of GUI interfaces. Paul has won awards for his work at Dow Jones, and First Data Corporation. He is former Vice President of the Central New Jersey Computer Club, and is currently active in volunteer efforts to install PC based networks in local schools.

Bob Miller, RPM Development's founder, has over 20 years software development and analysis experience. He is an expert in project management, business process analysis, data modeling, mathematical modeling, and algorithm development. Bob has won awards for his work at CIGNA, Smith Kline, CAP Gemini, and GE Capital. During his tenor as Professor of Business Mathematics at Loretto Heights College in Colorado, he was the youngest person ever to earn the rank of full professor.

Jon Ott has over 20 years programming experience. Jon is an expert in Object Oriented Software Development, and software tools development. He has won several awards for his work on a joint research project for First Data Corporation and Microsoft. Outside of work, Jon serves as a volunteer technical consultant to local schools, and is active organizing a charter school.
